DCA Airport Terminal 1

Terminal 1 at DCA Airport consists of a semi-circle, which is located at its west-end.

DCA Airport Terminal 1
 is home of boarding gates 1-9 and operates flights from Frontier, Air Canada and Southwest.

Levels

DCA Airport Terminal 1 consists of the following levels:

Level 1

Please note that this level is shared with Terminal 2.

Baggage claim, airline counters and security checkpoint leading to departures and boarding gates.

Find outside the level facilities ground transportation options (taxi and bus).

Services: ATMs, Toilets, TSA checkpoint, Power charge stations, Information counter, among others.

Level 2

This level is accessible through an underground pedestrian walkway which leads to Concourse A. It is also connected to Garage A.

Find Departures and gate A areas, including services and amenities such as Lost & found, Toilets, Information counter, Nursing room, Police, ATMs, among others.

Boarding gates 1 to 9 for Air Canada, Frontier and Southwest flights.

Car rental companies desks are also located on this level.

Find outside the level access to shuttles, taxi, and the pick up point for rideshare apps.

Transfer between terminals

There is an On-Airport Shuttle Bus Service that offer transportation services between both terminals.
